Did you know that to give back to the communities of which we’re proud to be a part, Rug & Home frequently delivers fresh flowers to residents in assisted living facilities?
Over the past couple of months, employees from all three of our stores have made floral deliveries! For our Kannapolis employees, this month’s visit to a Concord nursing home was their first delivery on behalf of R&H. Residents were excited to receive the flowers, and our Kannapolis employees are looking forward to meeting more community members in the coming months!
This month also marked another first: our first flower delivery to area children. Gaffney store employees visited the Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, SC, and brought them colorful gerber daisies to brighten their day! Of the visit, employee Mary commented, “The children and their families were glad to receive some cheer.” She added that she has “heartfelt wishes” that all of the children in the 120-capacity facility see better days.
